Client information and work performed for Client is held in strict confidentiality. 24-48 hours after contracted work is provided to Client, that data or content is removed from our servers. No information of any kind is ever revealed or distributed or sold to any third party whatsoever under any conditions.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of providing custom writing services to the Client in accordance with prevailing United States Law. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting AcademicWritingPro.com terms and conditions. “AcademicWritingPro.com “, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to AcademicWritingPro.com. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
Clients are requested to retain copies of any written material or agreements issued in relation to the provision of our services as such material and work product is not retained on our system beyond 48 hours. Any emails sent by AcademicWritingPro.com will only be in connection with the provision of our services and products. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party. PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted and securely processed through http://2checkout.com. The client has the option of paying 50% fee deposit upon commencement of research and/or writing services, with the balance due and payable upon completion of finished work. All writing remains the property of AcademicWritingPro.com until paid for in full, at which time all rights in the material become the copyright-protected property of the Client.
AcademicWritingPro.com does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, although it is provided in good faith and to the best of AcademicWritingPro.com ability. By using this service you indemnify AcademicWritingPro.com, its employees, agents, and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without the written consent of AcademicWritingPro.com.
Upon final payment, all work provided becomes the sole and exclusive copyright property of the Client. AcademicWritingPro.com is not responsible for any individual academic outcomes or grade assignments, as these are dependent upon factors beyond our control.
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights will be enforced on all text, systems, and processes relating to AcademicWritingPro.com services and the entirety of the content of this website.
Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable attempts to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, the act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.
Termination of Agreement, Risk of Reversals, Chargebacks, and Claims
Requests for reasonable revisions, edits, and changes to the work will be accommodated in good faith by Company when such requests are made within the Client’s agreed-upon deadline period. Where AcademicWritingPro.com has begun research and/or writing services under terms of Client’s initial order, AcademicWritingPro.com will make every reasonable effort to complete its writing services to the complete satisfaction of the Client and to provide unlimited revisions and edits within the time period (“deadline”) specified in the writing services order. The 50% deposit payment courtesy is in no way associated with any discount offers by Company whatsoever. Absent timely requests for reasonable revisions within 24 hours, delivered work is deemed accepted and approved by Client, with all remaining fees immediately due to Company. The initial 50% fee deposit is an accommodation to Client only in the interests of the Client’s convenience and is not refundable under any circumstances, cancellations, or refusal to accept work provided by Company. In certain cases, the Company may provide a refund to the Client’s bank/PayPal account at its sole discretion. Once the work product is downloaded from AcademicWritingPro.com by Client, the work becomes the exclusive property of the Client. Any and all other revisions, edits, and changes to the work requested by Client are made at the sole discretion of the Company. Upon work product downloaded by Client, receipt of work product by Client is acknowledged by Client. Both the Client and AcademicWritingPro.com have the right to terminate services at any time for any reason. Extensive revisions requested by the Client beyond the deadline period may incur additional charges. Refunds of fees or deposits paid are not refundable where research/writing services have commenced under the terms of the initial order and work is uploaded to Client’s account Dashboard.
Notification of Changes
No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties. Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement.
